These terms cover your use of Posy, the hosted link-in-bio service run by Himanshu Sangshetti. By making an account you agree to them. Posy is also open source; if you run it yourself, its software licence applies instead.

Your account

You need to be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use Posy. Keep your login safe; you're responsible for what happens on your account. One person per account, and please give us a real email address so we can reach you.

Your page and your content

What you put on Posy stays yours. You give us permission to store it, show it on your public page and make the copies needed to run the service (like resized images and previews). You can remove it at any time.

Please don't use Posy for anything illegal, harmful or deceptive. That includes:

• pretending to be someone else, or phishing for logins or payment details;
• malware, spam or links that trick people;
• content that is sexual and involves minors, promotes violence or harassment, or infringes someone else's rights.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where we can, we'll tell you why first. Usernames that impersonate others or sit unused for a long time may be reclaimed.

Posy Pro

Pro is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, who also handles taxes and invoices. Prices are shown on our pricing and checkout pages and may include or add local taxes.

• Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Plan page; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
• If something goes wrong or Pro isn't for you, write to us within 14 days of a payment and we'll refund it.
• If we change prices, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal.

If Pro ends, your page stays up; Pro-only looks and features switch back to the free ones.

The service

We work hard to keep Posy fast and online, but we provide it “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features; if we ever shut Posy down, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your page.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Changes and law

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and tell you by email before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Our privacy page explains how we handle your data.
